Aged Sheng Pu-erh

Pressed into cakes a decade ago and left to its own transformation in a quiet cellar. What emerges is slower, darker, and entirely its own.

Dried fruit, camphor, and the low hum of the cellar.

Rinse twice with boiling water, then steep 10 seconds, adding 5 seconds per steeping.
